Getting started

Audition runs inside Maestro. This guide introduces the path from preparing a job opening to reviewing applications with your team.

Open your organization

Sign in to Maestro, open your organization and open Audition. If the module is not available, ask your organization administrator to check your access.

Prepare the opening

Define the role, its description and the questions candidates should answer. Review the information shown on the career page and the job page before sharing the opening.

Receive and review applications

Candidates apply through the job's form. Review their information and answers, and agree on who is responsible for the next review.

Set up stages and interviews

An administrator configures the workspace and the people responsible for the process. Access depends on each person's permissions and access to that workspace. Define the stages and interview questions, then publish a process version. Existing applications adopt a newer version only when an authorized person chooses to do so.

Schedule the interview with a date and an assigned interviewer. The interviewer records the answers and a reasoned opinion. Complete required interviews before moving the application past the relevant stage; the opinion supports the team's decision.

Send a hired application to HR

Open an application marked as hired and prepare its handoff to HR, with an optional supporting document. HR checks the selected person and explicitly confirms a new professional relationship or links an existing one. Access to the HR summary and to the recruitment file remains separate. Prepare any contract through the contracts workflow.
