Gapfy Audition overview

Audition is the recruitment module inside Gapfy Maestro. It brings job openings, a public career page and applications into the team's recruitment process.

Present openings and receive applications

The career page lists published openings. Each job page presents the role and its details, with an application form and the questions defined for that job. Candidates send their information and answers in the context of the opening they selected.

Follow the recruitment process

Define selection stages and interview questions for each opening. Published process versions preserve the stages and questions used by each application. Authorized team members schedule interviews, assign an interviewer and record answers and a reasoned opinion. Required interviews must be completed before the application advances past the relevant stage.

Hand the result to HR

Once an application is marked as hired, send it to HR for review. HR checks the person's identity and explicitly confirms a new professional relationship or links an existing one. The recruitment history remains available, while contracts follow their own process.
