Gapfy Harmony overview
Gapfy Harmony turns browser chaos into organized, shareable knowledge. You save pages as you browse, file them into collections inside spaces, and share those collections with your team, or with anyone through a public link. Here at Gapfy we build software for a living, and Harmony started as the tool we needed ourselves: a calm home for the hundreds of pages a working week produces.
Harmony is a module of the Gapfy platform, so it uses the same account as the rest of Gapfy, and the interface is localized in 6 languages.
Where Harmony runs
- A browser extension, installed from the Chrome Web Store. It also installs on Edge, through the Edge Add-ons listing, and on Brave.
- A full web app at harmony.gapfy.io, built for companies that do not allow browser extensions. It is responsive on phones and installs as a PWA.
- Inside the extension, an optional new-tab dashboard and a Chrome side panel keep your links one glance away.
Everything syncs server-side, so your spaces look the same on every device you sign in from.
Plans
Harmony comes in Free, Pro, and Pro AI tiers. The AI assists described in these docs require a Pro AI seat. Everything else applies to every tier unless an article says otherwise.
