Getting started

Audition runs inside Maestro. This guide introduces the path from preparing a job opening to reviewing applications with your team.

Open your organization

Sign in to Maestro, open your organization and open Audition. If the module is not available, ask your organization administrator to check your access.

Prepare the opening

Define the role, its description and the questions candidates should answer. Review the information shown on the career page and the job page before sharing the opening.

Receive and review applications

Candidates apply through the job's form. Review their information and answers, and follow each application through your team's recruitment process. Agree on who is responsible for the next review.
