Acceptable use policy

The conduct we require from everyone who uses this website, our products and our APIs.

1. Scope

This Acceptable use policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses this website, the Maestro platform, our products and our APIs. It forms part of our Terms of service. We may update it to address new risks.

2. You must not

  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, or to store, transmit or generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or any system or network.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach security or authentication measures, except under our responsible-disclosure process below.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, for example through denial-of-service attacks or by placing an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
  • Scrape, mirror or harvest data beyond what the Services and the law allow, or circumvent usage limits, quotas or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
  • Use the email, SMS or messaging features to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Submit special categories of personal data without appropriate safeguards, or personal data you have no lawful basis to provide.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product, or resell them, without our written permission.

3. Responsible disclosure

We welcome good-faith security research. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to support@gapfy.io and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Do not access or modify data that is not yours and do not degrade the Services while testing.

4. Enforcement

If you breach this AUP we may remove content, and suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on the severity, and we may cooperate with law enforcement. We will act proportionately.
