- Product data inside the Maestro tenant your organisation has subscribed to.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your enquiries and run the engagement you contracted with us.
- To keep our services secure, performant and free from abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Where it lives
Our infrastructure runs in Microsoft Azure data centres located in the European Union. Personal data does not leave the EU unless explicitly required to support a service you have signed up to, in which case the appropriate safeguards apply.
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection at any time by writing to privacy@gapfy.io. We answer within one calendar month.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever our processing changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
